Unity Circle


Unity Circle is designed for a group looking to train in Yoga, Pilates, the five strategies of The Virtues Project, Mindfulness techniques, Journalling, or any other tool facilitated in Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness in order to increase the connection in the group, cultivate one’s virtues, inspire the group to grow in mind, body, and spirit, and share one’s light and love with the world.

Examples of groups facilitated are such as these but not limited to:

  • Prenatal Pilates or Yoga practice (for normal or complicated pregnancies)
  • Baby-parent bonding class
  • Children of age three to eighteen who share a specific intention for practice
  • Group going through a similar transition in life (graduates, job loss or change, grief)
  • Adults or juveniles in prison
  • Drug and alcohol recovery group
  • Religious organization
  • College organizations
  • Mother’s group
  • Group suffering from similar mental illness (eating disorders or self-harm)
  • Weight-loss group
  • Nursing home residents
  • Hospice residents and family of the resident
  • Festival attendees
  • Conventions
  • Retreats
