Self Serenity


Self Serenity is a program designed for the individual looking for a practice for personal growth in body, mind, and spirit. This program is open to individuals of all ages and abilities. This program is a customizable journey with many avenues from which to choose depending on what you need.

Skills facilitated include, but are not limited to:

  • Cultivating your virtues
  • Communication building
  • Pilates
  • The Eight Limbs of Yoga
  • Journaling

A Self Serenity program will help the individual find one’s authentic self, cultivate one’s virtues, build strength and balance within one’s body and mind, as well as within one’s personal and professional environment
